Questions sellers ask

Why do you charge fees on shipping?

Etsy’s transaction, payment processing, regulatory and eligible Offsite Ads fees use an order total that includes the shipping amount charged to the buyer.

Should I select 15% or 12% for Offsite Ads?

Use 15% if your shop has always made less than $10,000 USD in any consecutive 365-day period. Once a shop reaches that threshold, Etsy uses 12% and participation becomes mandatory.

Why is the UK listing fee editable?

Etsy publishes its listing fee as $0.20 USD and converts it to your payment account currency. The exact GBP amount can move with exchange rates, so the preset is an estimate you can replace with the amount on your payment account.

Does CSV Pro upload my shop data?

No. CSV parsing, reverse pricing and the margin audit run locally in your browser. Only the Stripe Checkout session is sent to the billing service.
